Alexandra Burke has revealed that she is currently in the process of becoming a life coach.
The singer rose to fame after winning the 2008 series of the UK X Factor but it seems she is seeking a different route at the moment.
Speaking on ITV’s Daybreak, the ‘Hallelujah’ star said that trying out the new role is helping to expand her personal horizons.
Burke said: “I’m in a different space in my life at the moment, I’m actually currently training to be a life coach. It’s definitely brought a different kind of perspective. I’m definitely way more balanced than I ever was and I’ve been able to come out of my comfort zone, come out of my shell a little bit more. I’m enjoying life at the moment. I’m really in a happy place, a really spiritual, happy place.”
Referring to rumours meanwhile about her joining the X Factor judging panel, the vocal talent added:
“It was fun, but I’m not sure if it’s something I’d like to do full time simply because my priority is music.”
